Helping women 60+ move more safely, confidently, and comfortable from home.
I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer, YMCA Group Exercise Instructor, and NASM Women’s Fitness Specialist with over 15 years of experience.
For the past 10 years, I’ve been teaching chair-based workouts for seniors in person, and for the last 6 years, I’ve also delivered them online. I help women stay strong, mobile, and confident at any age.
My sessions are friendly, safe, and designed for all abilities — so every woman feels supported.
In 2011, I was honoured with the Active Westminster Award for Changing Lives Through Sport.
In 2025, I received the Active Westminster Mark for delivering safe, inclusive, high-quality fitness programs for women and seniors.
I’ve worked with organisations such as London Sport, Open Age, and Paddington Development Trust.
I run women-only classes and fun, low-impact chair workouts that are safe, gentle, and surprisingly effective for improving strength, mobility, and confidence.

I didn’t create my classes because they were trendy — I created them because of my mum.
For years, I watched her struggle with daily arthritis pain — the kind that makes getting out of bed a challenge.
Her friend was suffering too, trapped in bodies that used to be strong. Watching both slowly lose independence broke my heart.
That’s when I realised something important:
Women like my mum deserve better support, better guidance, and better movement programmes — designed specifically for them.
So I made it my mission to change that.
