All classes are live on Zoom and guided step by step. Your Zoom link will be emailed to you after booking.
What You'll Need for Class
A sturdy chair
Loop band & resistance band (used in every class)
Light dumbbells 1-3kg (or water bottles if you don't have weights)
All exercises are explained clearly, and alternatives are always shown.

Health & Safety
For your safety, you'll complete a short health form (PAR-Q) after booking and before your
first class.
The form will be sent to you by email and only takes a few minutes to complete.
