The goal is to help you start from where you are now and gradually become stronger, steadier and more confident with regular movement. What equipment do I need?

For your first class, you mainly need a sturdy, stable chair, comfortable clothing and enough space around you to exercise safely. Some sessions may also use simple equipment such as: Resistance bands, Loop bands, Light hand weights, Ankle weights. Rima will let you know what is needed for each class. You do not need to purchase the optional Starter Pack before trying your first class.
